Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days. The customer may return the goods within 14 days and request a refund of the price paid without giving any reason. The goods must be packaged and inspected, and must not be used.

If the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract, but has used the purchased goods in a manner beyond normal inspection, he will be charged additional costs due to the reduced value of the goods.

When goods cannot be returned:

• when the object of the service is an item manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet his individualized needs
• when the subject of the performance are things which, after delivery, due to their nature, become inseparable from other things
• When the subject of the performance are things that, after delivery, were used for a photo shoot or as an exhibition (regardless of duration)

Also, the cost of a non-standard shipment cannot be claimed if it was incurred at the express request of the consumer.
