Sales Assistant – Customer Advisor

Tasks:

• For the first 6-12 months:
  • Assistance in customer service (by phone and e-mail)
  • Familiarize yourself with the specifics of bidding, suppliers, products, systems
  • calendar maintenance and CRM support
  • Assistance in creating offers for business and individual customers
• After one year:
  • Independent position Senior Customer Advisor

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the English language
• Experience in a similar position
• Ease of communication over the phone
• Self-reliance, commitment, attention to detail
• Willingness to improve your skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Ease of learning and use of online tools

We offer

• For the first 12 months: 3300 PLN net, employment contract
• After one year: a base of 3300 PLN net + 1% commission on sales, which translates into a total of 4000-5000 PLN net per month.

• 3-month trial period, then contract for 6 months
