Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of the Website.

  1. This Privacy Policy sets forth the rules for processing personal data obtained through the artificial-rosliny.pl online store, hereinafter referred to as the “Store”.

  1. The company takes special care to respect the privacy of customers who visit the Store.

§1 How do we collect data?

  1. The wholesaler collects information that pertains to:
  • natural persons performing a legal act not directly related to their business,
  • natural persons conducting a business or professional activity on their own behalf,
  • natural persons representing legal entities,
  • organizational entities that are not legal persons, to which the law grants legal capacity, conducting business or professional activities on their own behalf,

Hereinafter referred to collectively as Customers.

  1. Customers’ personal information is collected in the case of:
    1. account registration in the Store;
    2. placing an order in the Store.
  1. When registering an account with the Store, the Customer provides:
    1. email address;
    2. name;
  1. When registering an account with the Store, the Customer independently sets an individual password to access his account. The customer may change the password, at a later time, according to the rules described in §4.
  1. When placing an order in the Store, the customer provides the following data:
    1. email address;
    2. name;
    3. phone number;
    4. address and company details or home address;
    5. delivery address.
  1. For Entrepreneurs, the above scope of data is further expanded to include:
    1. Entrepreneur’s company;
    2. taxpayer identification number (VAT).
  1. When using the Store’s websites, additional information may be collected, in particular: the IP address assigned to the Customer’s computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, type of operating system.
  1. Navigational data may also be collected from Customers, such as information about the links and references they choose to click on or other actions that are taken in our Store.
  2. On our sites, third parties place information in the form of cookies and other similar technologies on your terminal device (e.g. computer, smartphone) and access them. These are our trusted partners with whom we continually work to customize the advertisements on our and their sites, as well as the services we and our trusted partners provide, according to your needs and interests. Such a trusted partner are entities in the Wirtualna Polska capital group. §2 How do we use the collected data?

  1. In the case of registration of an account in the Store, Customers’ data are used to create an individual account and to manage this account.
    1. If you make a purchase from the Store, your personal data may be transferred to a courier company for the delivery of the ordered goods.
  1. Navigation data may be used to provide better service to customers, analyze statistical data and customize the Store to customers’ preferences, as well as administer the Store.

§3 Cookie mechanism, IP address

  1. The store uses small files, called cookies. They are stored by Wholesale on the computer of the person visiting the Store, if the Internet browser allows it. A cookie usually contains the name of the domain from which it originated, its “expiration time,” and an individual random number that identifies the cookie. Information collected with files of this type helps to customize the products offered by Wholesale to the individual preferences and real needs of visitors to the Store. It also gives the opportunity to develop general statistics of visits to the presented products in the Store.
  1. Wholesale uses two types of cookies:
    1. Session cookies: when the session of a particular browser ends or the computer is turned off, the stored information is deleted from the device’s memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the Customers’ computer.
    2. Persistent cookies: they are stored in the memory of the Customer’s terminal device and remain there until they are deleted or expire. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the Customers’ computer.
  1. Wholesale uses cookies of its own for the purpose of:
    1. To authenticate the Customer in the Store and provide a Customer session in the Store (after logging in), thanks to which the Customer does not have to re-enter his/her login and password on each sub-page of the Store;
    2. analysis and research, as well as audience auditing, and in particular to create anonymous statistics that help to understand how Store’s customers use the Store’s Website, which allows to improve its structure and content.
  1. Wholesale uses external cookies for:
    1. to popularize the Store using the social networking site facebook.com; administrator of external cookies: Facebook Inc. based in the USA or Facebook Ireland based in Ireland;
    2. collection of general and anonymous statistical data through Google Analytics analytical tools; third-party cookie administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA;
    3. presentation of multimedia content on the Website, which is downloaded from the external website www.youtube.com; administrator of external cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA;
    4. To present advertisements tailored to the Customer’s preferences using the Google AdSense online advertising tool; third-party cookie administrator: Google Inc, based in the USA;
  1. The cookie mechanism is safe for the computers of the Store’s customers. In particular, through this route, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to get into Customers’ computers. However, in their browsers, customers have the option to limit or disable access of cookies to computers. If you use this option, the use of the Store will be possible, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.
  2. If you do not want to receive cookies, you can change your browser settings. We stipulate that disabling cookies necessary for authentication processes, security, maintenance of user preferences may hinder, and in extreme cases may make it impossible to use the websites.   3. The wholesaler may collect IP addresses of customers.

By IP Address is meant a number assigned to the computer of a person visiting the Store by an Internet Service Provider. The IP number allows access to the Internet. In most cases, it is assigned to the computer dynamically, i.e. changes every time you connect to the Internet, and for this reason it is commonly treated as non-personal identifying information.

IP address may be used by the Wholesaler only:

  • When diagnosing technical problems with the server,
  • Creating statistical analysis (e.g., determining from which regions we record the most visits),
  • as useful information for the administration and improvement of the Store,
  • for security purposes and possible identification of server-laden, unwanted automatic programs for browsing the Store’s content.
  1. The store contains links and references to other websites. The wholesaler is not responsible for the privacy policies on them.

§4 Data access and security

  1. Personal data collected by the Wholesaler through the Store are processed in accordance with the Law of August 29, 1997. On the protection of personal data (Dz.U.2014.1182 j.t.).
  1. Only authorized employees of the Wholesale Company have access to Customers’ personal data collected through the Store.
  1. The wholesaler provides customers who have an account with continuous access to their personal data and the ability to modify it at any time. Access and modification of personal data are possible after logging in to the Store account. The customer has the option to delete personal data from the dataset. The Wholesaler may refuse to delete the Customer’s data if the Customer has violated the Store’s rules and regulations, and the preservation of the data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and determine liability, in particular, the Wholesaler’s pursuit of claims against the Customer in question.
  1. The Wholesaler never sends any correspondence, including electronic correspondence, requesting login credentials, especially the password to access the Customer’s account.

§5 Changes to the Privacy Policy

  1. The Privacy Policy is subject to change, of which the Wholesaler will inform Customers 7 days in advance.
